Return Window

You may return a product or request an exchange within 14 full days of the delivery date, provided the conditions below are met.

Return Eligibility Conditions

  • Product is in its original condition — unused and unwashed
  • Original tags and labels are still attached
  • Original packaging is intact or preserved
  • Original invoice or purchase receipt is included
  • Return request submitted within the policy window

Non-Returnable Items

  • Used products or those showing signs of use
  • Products damaged due to misuse or negligence
  • Products with removed tags or original packaging
  • Items explicitly marked as final sale
  • Custom or made-to-order items

Return Process Steps

  1. Contact us via email or WhatsApp with your order number and reason for return
  2. Send clear photos of the product from all sides
  3. Our team will review the request and respond within 48 business hours
  4. Upon approval, you will receive shipping instructions
  5. Once we receive and inspect the product, your refund or replacement will be processed

Exchanges

Products can be exchanged for a different size or color of the same item, subject to stock availability. If the requested replacement is higher in price, the difference must be paid. If lower, the difference will be refunded.

Refunds

  • Cash on Delivery orders: Refunded via bank transfer or e-wallet within 5-7 business days
  • Online payments: Refunded to the original card or wallet within 7-10 business days depending on your bank

Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect or our error.

Defective or Incorrect Items

If you receive an item different from what you ordered or with a manufacturing defect, we will cover shipping costs in both directions and either resend the correct item or issue a full refund — whichever you prefer.
