Overview

At Wednen, we provide reliable delivery service across all Egyptian governorates. We ensure your order arrives safely and as quickly as possible, with continuous tracking of your shipment.

Coverage Areas

• Greater Cairo & Giza: Express delivery within 1-3 business days
• Major Governorates (Alexandria, Mansoura, Tanta, Asyut, Sohag): 2-4 business days
• Other Governorates & Remote Areas: 4-7 business days

Business days are Sunday through Thursday, excluding Friday, Saturday, and public holidays.

Shipping Fees

• Cairo & Giza: 45 EGP
• Other Governorates: 60 EGP
• Remote & Border Areas: 80 EGP
• Free shipping on orders over 500 EGP

How to Track Your Order

Once your order is shipped, you will receive an SMS or email containing the tracking number from the assigned courier. Use this number to monitor your shipment's location at any time.

We select the most suitable courier based on your area to ensure the fastest delivery and best service.

Receiving Your Order

• The courier will attempt delivery twice; if unsuccessful, the order is returned to our warehouse
• Please ensure your phone number and address are correct when placing an order
• If you are unavailable, you may authorize another person to receive the order on your behalf

Damaged or Lost Shipments

In the rare event that an item arrives damaged or is not delivered, please contact us immediately with photos of the packaging. We will handle the necessary procedures with the courier and either reship your order or issue a full refund.

• Delivery times may be longer during peak seasons and holidays due to high demand on courier services
• We are not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control
